Mission of Love provides daily activities that are not only enjoyable and stimulates the mind of participants based on their needs and interests.
Mission of Love provides a rich environment of activities to keep your loved one engaged and active.
So whether it is the need to attend work, perhaps do chores or to simply recharge as a caregiver, rest assured that Mission of Love is the perfect substitute while you are away to provide your loved ones with that quality care to which they are accustomed.

Activities
​​Mission
Mission of Love provides a contemporary, chic environment where participants are treated with the utmost care and a goal to maintain that sense of independence through intuitive activities geared toward physical and cognitive stimulation.
Each participant is treated with dignity and respect with close adherence to participant’s planned goals.

Activities of Daily Living
– Includes assistance and training in walking, toileting, feeding, personal care and other activities of daily living based on the individual needs of each participant.
– At least (50%) of the time that the facility is open for operations planned activities up to maximum of four (4) hours is provided.
– Activities are suited to the needs and interests of participants and designed to stimulate interest, rekindle motivation, and encourage physical exercise.
– Planned activities are conducted individually and in small and large groups including meals, rest periods, exercise, recreation, and social activities.

Respite Care
For those moments when you have to run a quick errand or in need of some rest and relaxation, Mission of Love is the perfect place to provide the interim care for your loved ones.

Physical and Mental Exercises
– Physical exercises are designed according to each individual’s needs, impairments, and abilities.
– Physical exercise is alternated with rest periods or quiet time.
– Group exercise, stretches, dancing, jumbo dice-rolling, dancing, ball tossing, bowling ring toss, and hook and hoop toss to for hand-eye coordination and muscle strengthening. – Group Activities intended to maintain or improve cognitive includes puzzles, computer internet use, educational programs.

Creative Recreational and Cultural
– Creative sessions created to increase self-esteem, encourage a sense of accomplishment, improve hand/eye coordination, creative expression, self worth, personal satisfaction, understanding praise and recognition and may include drawing, painting, creative writing, poetry, and vignettes.
– Educational programs are activities designed to provide relevant and useful information to participants which encourages their participation through questions and answer sessions.
– Reality Orientation designed to orient participants to the month and season of the year through oral, newspaper articles, magazines and festive activities designed to commemorate special times of the years.
– Cultural events commemorate holidays, history, and heritages including the associated dishes and music.
- Service activities involves participate in a program of services such as setting up for activities to promote positive attitudes regarding one’s usefulness and capabilities.
